Error "The disk drive for /tmp is not ready yet or not present. Continue to wait" after 16.04 upgrade

Question

I updated to 16.04 from 14.04 and now i have this error, i have searched on the internet and for some people doing:

sudo mv /tmp /tmp_old
sudo mkdir /tmp
sudo chmod 1777 /tmp

but it didn´t for me

This is my fstab file after i pressed M for manual mount: fstab file

And this is the output of blkid blkid output

Any help would be appreciated.
