Virtual Environment Not Working . Typing venv\Scripts\Activate.ps1 open notebook auto

In Powershell when i write venv\Scripts\Activate.ps1 code .automatically open notepad file . Then how can I start virtual env?

.\venv\Scripts\activate.bat
