Why there isn't map() on those Primitive Optional?

Question

I just found that OptionalInt and OptionalLong don't have map().

OptionalLong some() {
}

Optional<Something> doWithSome() {
    some()
    .map(find Something with the value)
    .orElseGet(() -> Optional.of(new Something()));
}

Why?
