CMAKE_EXECUTABLE_SUFFIX

The suffix for executables on the target platform.

The suffix to use for the end of an executable filename if any, .exe on Windows.

CMAKE_EXECUTABLE_SUFFIX_<LANG> overrides this for language <LANG>.
